Returns & Replacements

How Techinnovators handles change-of-mind requests and products reported as faulty.

1. Change-of-mind returns

Techinnovators does not accept returns or provide refunds solely because a customer has changed their mind after purchasing or using a product.

2. Products reported as faulty

A product reported as faulty will be inspected to determine whether the issue is an eligible defect in materials or workmanship covered by the applicable warranty. Physical or accidental damage is not treated as an eligible manufacturing fault.

3. Repair and replacement

When a fault is confirmed as eligible, Techinnovators may repair or replace the product after inspection. The appropriate remedy depends on the fault, product condition, parts and replacement availability, and applicable legal requirements.

4. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind requests. If an eligible manufacturing fault cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund may be provided after inspection and verification of the original purchase, subject to applicable Sri Lankan law.

5. Required information

Customers should provide the product and original invoice or another invoice record accepted by Techinnovators. The product serial number, included accessories and other information may also be requested where relevant to the assessment.

6. Overseas-purchased products

Products purchased outside Sri Lanka are handled under the overseas-product conditions described in the Warranty & Service policy, including document verification and applicable external or government charges.

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits remedies that must be provided under applicable Sri Lankan consumer law.
